RETURN CONDITIONS

At Oscar's, we aim to design and produce quality sustainable apparel for you, without overproduction.

However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, You are able to return or refund your order, but a small fee will be charged. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same saleable condition that you received it. Goods must be unworn, unwashed and complete with all original tags and in the original packaging. All gift cards, customised products and some health and personal care items are non-refundable. 

RETURN PROCEDURE

When you choose to return a product, you can contact us at bruno@oscars-apparel.com with your order number. From here, we will start a return procedure and get you the details on how you can return it.

RETURN COST

We will gladly replace any item that you're not completely happy with. However the shipping costs and the exchange cost are at your expense.

Please note that you can also return online purchases in Torhout, Belgium, free of charge.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your requested refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a couple of days.
